Skills Development Services

  • Regulatory Compliance

    • Register at the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities SETA(s) as the client’s Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)
    • Appoint and chair the Training Committee on behalf of the client (more than 50 Employees
    • Compile a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and submit it to the relevant SETA
    • Manage skills levy payments
    • Develop an annual skills report and submit to Seta
    • Claiming back of mandatory and discretionary grants

  • Strategic Level

    • Conduct a skills audit (optional)
    • Develop a Skills Development Strategy
    • Develop a “more value creation” strategy on ways to improve BEE levels through Skills Development and Supplier Development
    • Advise on SETA Quality Standards
    • Oversee the implementation of the SD strategy
    • Act as contact person between customer and SETA
